We supplied a customer with two JAZZ suites (A daybed with an underbed on wheels) into large bedroom. The bedroom is on the first floor of a home on the ridge overlooking the urban forest that is made up of  the northern suburbs of Johannesburg.

We finished the wooden furniture in a mid-brown wood finish to the customers specification, which suited the bedroom as well as the magnificent view over the trees.

We delivered one of our space saving Chorus bedroom suites to a customer on a plot. I asked him how he got to us, and he said he found us via the internet. He liked our designs, but he also said that our competitors were asking "an arm and a leg" for their furniture.

He worked with me while I did the assembly and he was really happy with the completed suite. His son is 11 years old and  the extra space in the bedroom as well as the 180x60cm worktop below the bed is going to be put to good use.

We ran a special for a month during which we added a kids chair and a neat little clip on table onto our Toddler bed to make a the Cymbal Toddler bedroom suite. There was a lot of interest in the special and so it worked out that I delivered two specials on the same day. This one shown below was a 3/4 size bed and had a safety rail on both sides of the bed, as they are not sure where the bed will stand in the future.

Coincidentally, I assembled both beds in the main bedrooms (as opposed to the child's actual bedroom) because in both cases the parents are taking it a step at a time, moving their children into their new "big beds" first  and then into their own rooms.

The customer called me urgently on the weekend. She was really keen to change the finish colour of her order from Ivory Wash to Solid White. Because we work factory direct to customer I was able to re-allocate the items we had already completed to other orders, and to spray the other pieces solid white, all in time for the delivery.

It all worked out well in the end and the bedroom looked very nice.

A customer asked us to make up a colourful set for her children

We added neat arms to our solid wood kids chairs to create an armchair. This looks nice and the arms also act as a support for younger kids when they are sitting. We finished the chairs in the 4 basic colours of red, green, yellow and blue. We added our 90x60cm kids table (in a bright orange!) to make a set of a table and 4 chairs for her.

The customer placed an order for her daughter 0f 9 years old.

She is still using the baby dressing table and chair she has had since she was 2 years old. The dressing table is so small that it can barely hold the hair-drier and the mirror is tiny.

We delivered a 90x60cm desk with 2 drawers. We fitted a swivelling mirror to it making it into a dressing table. We also supplied our comfortable chair with an green upholstered seat to complete the suite, which is finished in our SOLID WHITE lacquered finish.

Mom tells me that her daughter can take 45mins to get ready at the small dressing table. I am wondering whether it will be faster or slower using the new dressing table?
